1. What is the Institute of Yoga Science and Research?

The Institute of Yoga Science and Research is an organization based in India specializing in the study and practice of yoga, the science of consciousness research and education in this field. Our institute has been in existence for 20 years and during this time we have continued to provide high quality education and develop our knowledge and practices in the field of yoga and consciousness.

2. How can I access video seminars?

To access the free video seminars, you must sign up. After this, you will have access to video seminars on the site.

3. How long does access to video seminars last?

You can spend as much time as you want studying the workshop. There is no time limit.

4. Can I download video seminars to my computer?

No, access to video seminars is only available for online viewing on our website. Video workshops cannot be uploaded or used outside of our platform without our permission.

5. How much should you donate after watching the seminar?

The donation amount depends on your personal perception and the impact this workshop had on you. We invite you to decide how valuable the workshop was to you and to make a voluntary donation accordingly. By email, we will indicate the approximate amount we would like to receive for each seminar, taking into account the costs of its preparation, delivery and other resources invested in our project. However, this amount is optional and you can donate in any amount you feel is possible.

6. Can I access the workshops without donating?

Yes, sure. We are always ready to provide access to our video seminars, even if you are unable to make a donation. We believe in open information and support Open Source principles. We understand that not all people have material wealth, and our goal is to make our educational materials accessible to everyone.

7. How can I obtain a certificate after completing the video course?

After successfully completing the course, you will receive examination questions via email from the Institute of Yoga Science and Research. The exam is free for all participants. However, unfortunately, there is a fee for registering your certificate with official government bodies and associations. The payment amount will be indicated in your email when you sign up for the certification seminar. Typically, such fees in India do not exceed $100 USD. Please understand that these expenses are not our responsibility, and we apologize for any inconvenience.

8. How can I help the Ashram and the Institute of Yoga Science and Research? Can I help the children's school?

Any form of help is greatly appreciated!

You can volunteer at our school or Ashram, help us participate in our online educational activities, or enroll in our training programs.

In addition, you can send children's clothes to our Ashram address, toys such as dolls for girls, footballs, cricket bats or any other toys that our children are missing.

You can also purchase the drinking water purifier from Amazon and send it to us.

Our goal is to build walls for our school as classes are currently being held under a canopy. Your donations can also be used to purchase textbooks, notebooks, pens and other school supplies for our children. Any help, no matter how small, will be accepted with joy and gratitude!

9. When will Dr. Perch conduct on-site seminars and how long will they last?

All news about upcoming retreats will be available on our website. We are currently planning to conduct 10-day retreats in the most beautiful places in India, remote from civilization, among real yogis. Detailed information about the seminars, including dates, locations and conditions of participation, will be published on our website, so stay tuned!
