Welcome to Dr. Perch's World.
Throughout my life, I've come to realize that the "open source" approach to earning a living is much fairer and dependable when you provide people with genuinely intriguing and captivating content. The concept is straightforward: 'If you enjoy it, consider making a donation”.
I believe that my seminars embody these qualities. And I am sure that the knowledge and experience you gain will be profound and impactful.
My journey of self-discovery began in the deserts of Afghanistan, where I spent years as a military doctor with the US NAVY. In 2013, after four deployments to Afghanistan, I encountered post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). Seeking to rid myself of the shadows of the past, I traveled to India, where I discovered pranayama — breathing practices that became a guiding thread for me in battling this affliction.
Deciding to stay in India, I became a volunteer and teacher, discovering my journey to healing and personal growth in this country. Today, I am proud to be a Professor of Yoga Philosophy, with my dissertation focusing on the study of the Katha Upanishad and its impact on the fear of death in children and adults.
I was born in Ukraine, received my medical education there, and immigrated to the United States in 1999. It's been 30 years since I moved to America, but my Slavic accent remains part of my speech.
Struggling with dyslexia, shyness, and my broken speech, I decided to use artificial intelligence to voice my books. I hoped that this approach would not deter intelligent listeners, but rather provide accessibility and inclusivity to a wider audience.
I would like to express our sincere gratitude to Mattew Nettheim for kindly providing some of the photos used on this website.
We appreciate your contribution and support in making our website visually engaging and informative.
Thanks for your support. These seminars are years of my hard work.
I have been working on a pranayama workshop since 2013, and three years later I created the first breathing therapy course in India.
It took me more than five years to study the imagination and concepts of Manu or Moksha - liberation from the cycle of Samsara.
The seminar on Hinduism took me six years to complete.
The Children's Yoga Teacher's Seminar was created and tested in India, America, Ukraine, Russia, Indonesia and the Lugansk Republic. More than 200 children have gone through found courses around the world.
I worked on other seminars for several years.
If you think that my knowledge has benefited you, then do not hesitate to leave me a donation. This will allow me to keep this site running and continue to create my seminars for you.
I do not know why I am so persistent in studying immortality and deification, the concepts of Manu, Brahmanda, and Manvantara…
My mother used to tell me that when I was three years old, we encountered a funeral procession. Her attempts to explain the meaning of death to me provoked fierce denial. "This uncle will get up and walk someday!" - I shouted, pushing away from the adults.
Maybe this vivid episode of my life, which I don't remember but my parents did, became the beginning of my path to self-discovery?
I don't know. It's up to you to decide….
The discoveries I have made, and those you will find in my seminars, will not leave you indifferent.
Debate, write comments, discuss, express your opinion... But most importantly - unite. Let this small platform become a place where knowledge-thirsty people gather, looking for themselves in our raging world.
Your donations will also go towards supporting our school for children in a remote area of India.
